This week we had the pleasure to train with two U10 players Habiba and Bella. For this age category we frequently recommend our part-time programmes consisting only of our morning session. The training comprises two hours of tennis as well as one hour of fitness, which puts less strain on their growing bodies.
Both girls were very disciplined and full of motivation to put in daily effort and take the most out of every training session.
It is truly great to work with players who have this attitude towards trainings. We already miss them at the academy:)
