Balance training for U10 players

In tennis balanced positioning when hitting the ball or changing direction is crucially interlinked with striking mechanics. A well-balanced player will quickly transition between shots and hit with both control and optimal power. Work on balance needs to be integrated into regular trainings with players as early as possible. Adding a bosu ball helps to control one’s centre of gravity as well as develop the core, which in turn contribute to the player’s balanced body alignment.
