BTA Player of April

Every month our team of coaches picks a Player of the Month, thus rewarding a given player’s outstanding attitude and effort.

For the month of April we have singled out Ekua Youri, a 15-year player from Botswana.

Commitment

Since the start of the year, Ekua has not been absent from any tennis, mental and fitness session. In this difficult time, when our academy life switched to more of an online mode, she adapted herself very well to this new situation and attended with great involvement all the virtual sessions of our physical and mental trainings. It is a mark of her great commitment and dedication to academy life.

Social skills

Our coaching team has nothing but praises to Ekua’s positive and active attitude during group meetings. She is always very sociable and adapts her behaviour with ease and friendliness to every age group she needs to cooperate with. She is always attentive, so it is not by chance that she got the best score in our on-line BTA trivia competition (Kahoot) with questions about the coaches, the academy and, especially, about all her teammates, of whom she knows many details, which go beyond tennis life.

Congratulations to Ekua! Thank you for your commitment and dedication to the academy!
