November Fitness Programme

Our fitness training programme is specifically designed for the sport of tennis. It includes a general physical conditioning part, but is essentially based on points of focus related to the game of tennis only. As such, the programme is created and run by our fitness director Sergi Valldaura with the assistance of another fitness coach of ours - Albert Vicens Costa.

Our fitness practice runs according to monthly plans and consists of sessions in our club’s indoor and outdoor gyms, aerobic and anaerobic exercises as well as work on priopioception comprising coordination drills on the court. Moreover, in our fitness training we place special emphasis on injury prevention.
