BTA Coaching Team: Jordane Doble

Meet one of our head coaches Jordane Doble, with whom we have been working for about 8 years now.

Jordane is not only an experienced coach with 15 years of work with players, but also he has been incredibly successful as a tennis player. He reached the ATP ranking of 385 in singles and 302 in doubles. Overall, he won seven Futures tournaments (10.000$ and 15.000$) in singles and three in doubles. In addition, he stayed in France’s top 50 for eight years, his best French ranking being No.35.

For this blog series presenting our coaching team, we have decided to show how our coaches work on specific aspects of our players’ game. In this way, you can find out how they approach a given topic from a methodological standpoint, what they see as important and how they get it across to players.

During his training session with Tyler and Raul, Jordane focuses on different types of wrist action in upward and downward racquet movements. The players are always reminded of the tactical effects such actions can generate.
